We had been trying to work with IJM for at least 5 years and we finally got the opportunity. A near fatal car accident within the hotel Partnership required our team to participate in a much larger, and more rewarding, project role. Our first UX experiment in the boutique hotel realm, The Blowing Rock Manor essentially became an in-house venture as we approached grand opening. Owning the brand, digital, and guest services aspects while contributing on the floor plan and construction fronts provided invaluable experience we carry forward. The Manor has set the tone for hospitality in their area.

In 2015, 50% of our clients were asking for Admin Dashboards that could be tailored to their operations rather than having to adapt their entire process to a software that 'kind of' worked for them. We started researching the basic essentials of what every company needs to operate their business. The result: Heystack, an adaptable, laser fast web application with powerful reporting functions, internal/external communications and payment processing.

Politics aside, any time your artwork is unveiled by the sitting Vice President of The United States, it's pretty rewarding. The US Air Force was in the process of updating their entire recruiting process and relocating their 'non-combat bases' to urban office settings in order to recruit top talent. The US Air Force needed an exciting re-brand with new energy and we were eager to engage.

It was 2012, Juggernaut Training Systems was focusing the majority of their muscle on online education, ebooks and training programming. Their brand and audience were exploding. The site you're looking at would go on to support 600,000+ visitors/month, 1,000's of articles and process millions of dollars of transactions from customers throughout the world.

"Sheboygan!" Brad yelled as the first visitor (ever) made their way onto GetElevar.com. Brad Redding, CEO of Elevar, had been working tirelessly on Elevar as we all eagerly counted down to Go Live. This memorable night was years ago but seems like only yesterday. We were all excited about what Elevar could become: a tool that could automate much of the manual analysis and reporting ecomm brands need to operate their businesses. From time to time, I'll send Brad a text or Slack that only reads: "Sheboygan!" just to reminisce about that first, Wisconsin based, visitor and what Elevar has grown to become — an industry leader and brand over 6,500 D2C companies trust each month.
